Heh, one of my Windows annoyances is the inability to drag windows from any edge except the top, since dragging from anywhere else either rearranges toolbars or resizes the window.
It might, if I was really to pay $20 for a hack that does something that should be in the OS by default. And it looks like it still won't let you just resize windows with the mouse from any corner.
